Application Checklist
 Chinese Culture Institute Application Form. Please complete the form. Click the following link to print out an application form: CCI Application Form
- Peking University Application Form. Please complete the form. Click the following link to print out an application form: PKU Application Form
- A copy of your passport. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months past the program end date.
- A copy of your transcript. Please enclose your most recent transcript from the institution at which you are currently studying or from which you most recently graduated.
- Application Instructions. Please read this instructions carefully before filling out your application.
Please send all materials in one e-mail to Chinese Culture Institute. As subject of your application email, you should indicate Application and your name.

Program seats are limited and priority will be given to 8-week program applicants. We will review applications soon after they arrive, and applicants will be notified of decisions on a "first qualified applicant come, first qualified applicant served" basis.
Application deadline is May 18th 2009
